The check-in process was quick and EASY. Our room was cleaned daily which was very welcome. The location is fantastic for accessing both the town and the beach. It's super convenient. I loved having such easy access to local attractions.

The shower pressure wasn't great (a minor inconvenience). It made showering a longer process than expected.

The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist with any questions or requests that arose . They provided excellent service. Emma and Jade were particularly attentive, always willing to help and very kind .

The beds were comfortable. The location was a comfortable walking distance to the beach, attractions, and dining. The staff was lovely and accommodating, though there was building work nearby.

The balcony was closed, because it was unsafe. I would have liked a different room, but it was not a major problem.

my room matched the online pictures. i noticed ongoing maintenance throughout the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the walk into town very manageable. i felt welcomed by them all. the staff's dedication was clear as they maintained the cleanliness and order of the hotel.

mixed experience, issues need addressing

noisy windowdripping tap

The window in my double room did not shut properly. External noise was quite audible each morning. the shower also had very little water pressure, a real disappointment after a long day. furthermore, the cold tap dripped constantly, and i had to turn it many times to get any water flowing.
